Terms and Conditions of Online Tickets and Vouchers

·       Pre booked tickets are bookable on the Swarkestone Nursery website.

·       After purchasing any ticket or voucher from us, no refunds can be given and you are not able to resell your tickets or cancel them.

·       If the voucher/ booking reference provided shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

·       On the day of your visit, please bring your booking confirmation with you (on your smart device).  Failure to bring this may result in refused entry.

·       Entry is permissible once the Swarkestone Nursery Digiticket is shown on your smart device or the booking reference number is given.

·       If under 1 tickets are purchased online, Swarkestone Nursery reserve the right to ask for proof of status.

·       Up to 48 hours before your visit, your booking can be moved to a different time if required. Do this by logging into your account. Please note, if you move to tickets with a higher value, you will be charged the additional amount. If you did not create an account when purchasing, please get in touch with Swarkestone Nursery on 01332 700800 to see if your booking can be moved. Please note: this only allows for a booking to be moved to a different date/time, it will not allow for adding additional tickets or refunds.

·       Tickets purchased online can only be used on the date and time you have selected. Should they be used on other dates, Swarkestone Nursery reserve the right to refuse entry.

·       Vouchers must be used to purchase tickets before you arrive not on the day of your visit.

·       Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any special offer or promotions.

·       Discounts or offers online are not able to be used in person and must be used to purchase tickets before you arrive. These have limited quantities and periods.

·       No physical cash or change or digital currency can be given against voucher redemptions against tickets.
