Pumpkin Patch - Yes, you can use your pushchair in the patch and trail - this is an outdoor event and the ground can get soft/muddy
Christmas Grotto - A special pushchair parking area is provided for our grotto - unfortunately pushchairs cannot be used inside the grotto rooms.
We advise that you arrive to our events 10/15 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure there is plenty of time to get you checked in.
We have a tarmaced car park as well as an overflow car park which is free to use.
We're happy to accommodate changes up to 48 hours before an event, subject to availability. If you created an account when you originally booked then you can log into your account here and amend your booking online. Please note that it's only possible to change the date of your booking, you cannot add or remove tickets. If you wish to add more tickets please do this in a new booking. If you did not create an account then please contact us directly via 01332 700800.
Yes, our site is wheelchair friendly with disabled parking spaces by the entrance and a flat site across the garden centre.
Our Pumpkin Patch and Trail are wheelchair accessible, however the patch is outside and can get muddy.
Our Christmas Grotto is wheelchair friendly too.
Our egg Hunt is wheelchair friendly
We have disabled bathroom facilities located in our Restaurant toilets.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on site
We welcome photos of yourselves or family members, especially on our events. Please be mindful of others around the centre.
We have toilets located within our restaurant as well as a block outside our centre.
If you're attending one of our events, you will need to pre-book tickets online through our website. You will then receive a confirmation email.
